Song List June 28th

Hi Guys,
Here is the song list for this Sunday. Hopefully they will all be pretty easy and straight forward. That was my goal anyway, since we DON'T HAVE PRACTICE THIS WEDNESDAY due to VBS at church. Let me know if any of you want to get together sometime and work through some stuff. Otherwise we'll MEET ON SUNDAY MORNING AT 8:45 to give us a little extra time to work through the songs. Lisa and Helen are our vocals this week.

I would like to try In Christ Alone a bit different than we've done it in the past, primarily adding the drums. And for Indescribable I have different chords keeping it in the same key throughout the whole song and keeping from getting so high to sing. See you Wednesday!

Welcome to the new Elk Creek Worship Team blog (exclusively for worship team members - ok, not really, but it makes us sound cooler that way...)! Anyway, my goal is to keep you all posted with the up and coming songs at least a week ahead of time (if I get really on top of things you might have even more notice!). I must warn you though, while I will do my best to keep to the plan, all schedules are subject to change. The tenative plan for this week is:

Bigger Than My Imagination

I wanted to post a link to a new song for you guys to starting listening to and see what you think. I think it's a really cool song and was thinking if you guys like it we might start working on it in a couple weeks. It's called Bigger Than My Imagination and talks about the greatness of God and how He far exceeds anything we could imagine! Let me know what you think!
